Harvard Medical School say getting more fibre is one change you need to make to lose weight. There are many fruits which are full of fibre:

Yes! After just 72 hours of juice cleansing I lost 3 pounds. It’s not much but it all adds up. I’m going to rinse and repeat, and continue to follow this juice cleanse guide. By the end of the year I’ll be slimmer and healthier!
